F. Pendleton informs Odhner that the Bishop has departed for Europe, and will be unable to visit Kitchener in the Spring as planned. The Bishop regrets postponing this visit, but he thought it best to take this opportunity to visit Europe and possibly also South Africa and Australia. The Bishop Emeritus (W. F.
